Singaraja – In the context of Pre-service Training for Employees of the Tirta Hita Buleleng Regional Public Drinking Water Company, lecturers from the Undiksha Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, namely Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd. and Prof. Dr. I Wayan Mudana, M.Sc. trusted to be a resource person in this activity. Training activities held at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Hita Buleleng were held on Monday (18/03/24). The training began with a presentation of Ethics and Personality material by Prof. Dr. I Wayan Mudana, M.Sc. Then continued with the presentation of material by Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, M.Pd. which provides material related to National and State Insights. This training activity was held to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) at the Tirta Hita Buleleng Regional Drinking Water Company. Apart from that, this training was held as a prerequisite for the appointment of permanent employees at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Hita Buleleng.
