Singaraja – On Tuesday (31/10), the Dean and the Deputy Deans of FHIS Undiksha attended the Monthly Performance Evaluation Meeting with all FHIS Undiksha Education Staff in the FHIS Undiksha Meeting Room. This routine employee meeting was opened by the Deputy Dean II of FHIS, I Putu Ananda Citra, S.Pd., M.Sc. as Deputy Dean in charge of Finance and General Affairs including the personnel sector. This meeting was also attended by the Dean of FHIS, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd. He provides direction that can later improve employee performance. Apart from that, Dr. Ketut Sedana Arta, S.Pd., M.Pd. as Deputy Dean III of FHIS also provides direction to employees regarding duties, principles, and functions, especially employees in the student affairs sector. This meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M as Deputy Dean I of FHIS. After directions from the leadership, several employees from the Academic, Student Affairs, Finance, and General fields including Equipment conveyed the problems that existed in each field. Employees are also allowed to provide input on existing problems. The Monthly Employee Performance Evaluation Meeting closed with the presentation of solutions by the dean’s leadership to existing problems.
