Singaraja – On Tuesday (23/01) the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Preparation of the FHIS Undiksha Program and Budget Allocation for Fiscal Year 2025. The FGD activity held at New Sunari Beach Resort Lovina is a routine agenda for the faculty to prepare the program and budget allocation for the faculty in fiscal year 2025. This FGD was attended by the Dean and Deputy Dean, Structural Officials, Education Staff, Lecturer Representatives, and Student Organization Representatives. In the opening ceremony, Gede Sada Wijaya, S.E., M.M. as Chair of the Committee and Head of the General Section of FHIS explained the Committee Report for this FGD activity.
The FGD on FHIS Program Preparation and Budget Allocation was opened by the Dean of FHIS, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd. As Dean, Prof. Dr. In his speech, I Nengah Suastika motivated the entire FHIS academic community to work together to build the faculty so that the program and budget targets that have been prepared at this time can be achieved. Guided by I Gede Yudi Wisnawa, S.Pd., M.Sc. as moderator, the FGD activities for Preparing the FHIS Program and Budget Allocation for the 2025 Fiscal Year began. Starting with the First Resource Person, Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd. as Plt. The Head of Undiksha’s Finance and General Bureau provided direction for this FGD activity. Followed by the second resource person, I Wayan Krisna Eka Putra, S.Pd., M.Eng. as Chair of SPI Undiksha explained in detail regarding the preparation, management, and reporting of budgets within Undiksha.
Furthermore, the FGD activity was filled with program presentations from each field by the Deputy Dean at FHIS Undiksha in the Plenary Session. Starting from the Deputy Dean I of FHIS, Prof. Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M. who has authority in the field of Academics and Cooperation delivers academic programs that can increase Faculty Clustering and KPI for this year. Then I Putu Ananda Citra, S.Pd., M.Sc. as Deputy Dean II of FHIS explained the program plans and budget allocations related to Finance and General Affairs, especially programs to improve Facilities and Infrastructure to support the achievement of targets. Lastly, Dr. Ketut Sedana Arta, S.Pd., M.Pd. as Deputy Dean III of FHIS in charge of Student and Alumni Affairs explained student affairs programs and budget allocations, such as strengthening student unit activities, optimizing student interests and talents as well as strengthening student systems and the tracer study system. The plenary session also included discussion sessions. Several lecturers asked questions and provided input on the program presented by the Dean and Deputy Deans.
