Denpasar (Friday, 16/09/2022) Legal Studies Program, Ganesha Education University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Law, Wijaya Kusuma University, Purwokerto. The agreement is in the form of cooperation in implementing Public Lectures for 1 (one) year. This momentum was also marked by the official handover of a plaque by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Sukadi., M.Pd., M.Ed. and Coordinator of the Legal Studies Program, Ni Putu Rai Yuliartini, S.H., M.H to Dr. Elly Kristen Purwendah, S.H., M.Hum. as Deputy Dean I of the Faculty of Law, Wijaya Kusuma University.
This Cooperation Agreement in the field of Higher Education Tri Dharma was implemented to improve quality and produce productive activities for society by both parties. The agreed collaboration includes efforts to carry out educational, research, and community service activities as well as other programs to improve the quality of activities between the two parties, which are both engaged in the field of higher education.
One of the efforts to strengthen cooperation in this agreement is the participation of Wijaya Kusuma University in the Research and Innovation Seminar (SENARI) held by Ganesha Education University on the same day. In this seminar, Wijaya Kusuma University was present directly as a speaker. Articles from these speakers were also published in the Journal of the Legal Studies Program, Ganesha University of Education.
The Faculty of Law and Social Sciences (FHIS) at Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) is committed to the successful implementation of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy. One of these commitments is realized through a student exchange program with the Faculty of Law, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto.
As the host in this agreement, the Coordinator of the Legal Studies Program, Ni Putu Rai Yuliartini, S.H., M.H., also gave an extraordinary welcome and appreciation for the new achievements by both parties through this cooperation agreement. This agreement is certainly a breath of fresh air and a positive stepping stone for both parties.
The same appreciation was also conveyed by the Head of the Law and Citizenship Department, Ganesha Education University, Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M., that he very much welcomes and hopes that the outcomes of this Cooperation Agreement can be implemented sustainably, towards developing a joint curriculum/program through educational activities, research and community service as well as other programs to improve the quality of activities between the two parties, who are both engaged in the field of higher education, as well as to improve the quality and produce productive activities for society by both parties.
