THE PEOPLE OF BALI, Yogyakarta – Students of the Legal Sciences Study Program, Ganesha Education University in implementing the KKL (Field Work Lecture) Program visited the Faculty of Law (FH) of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD), Yogyakarta on Wednesday, (1/3/2023).
The group of students and accompanying lecturers were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Ahmad Dahlan University, Dr. Hj. Megawati, S.H., M.Hum., and the ranks of deans, as well as lecturer staff and Chair of the FH SenateUAD.
In an activity held offline at the Amphitharium Building at Ahmad Dahlan University, the Coordinator of the Undiksha Legal Studies Program, Ni Putu Rai Yuliartini, S.H., M.H., revealed the purpose of the visit to FHUAD is a form of comparative study in recognizing the education system and curriculum at FHUAD, so that later it is hoped that students will be able to broaden their horizons, open new paradigms and increase student motivation and innovation.
On this occasion, Megawati delivered material related to History, Vision, and mission, campus locations spread over several points, as well as an introduction to the teaching staff and student organizations at FHUAD.
“The history of the development of FHUAD “It was not an easy process to evolve from IKIP Muhamaddiyah Yogyakarta to become what Ahmad Dahlan University is today,” he said.
On this occasion, Deputy Dean II, Wita Setyaningrum, S.H., LL.M., also conveyed efforts to achieve good campus accreditation.
“To achieve A accreditation and the Superior University label, cooperation and contributions from the entire University community are needed, including the achievements of the students,” said Wita.
Furthermore, in the question and answer session, one of the students asked about the form of support provided by the institution in supporting student organizations as a miniature of the trias politics concept.
“The Faculty of Law at Ahmad Dahlan University has facilitated and oversees several student organizations and communities, including the Student Senate, BEM, BLM, DPM, Moot Court Judicial Community (KPSS), and other talent interest communities,” answered Deputy Dean I, Nurul Satria Abdi, S.H., M.H.

After presenting the material, the event ended with the handing over of souvenirs by the Undiksha Legal Studies Program to the Faculty of Law, Ahmad Dahlan University, and vice versa.
