Singaraja – FHIS Undiksha Geography Education Study Program carried out study program outreach targeting all SMA/MA students in Balu Province. This activity will take place virtually on April 4, 2022.

This activity was moderated by I Ketut Putrajaya, S.Pd., M.Sc. as Chair of the IKA Study Program, and opened by I Made Sarmita, S.Pd., M.Sc. as Study Program Coordinator. The aim of this activity is to stay in touch with the school, meet face to face and provide insight into higher education to students, introduce project-based learning in the Geography Education Study Program, and attract prospective students from target school graduates. This promotional and socialization presentation was delivered by Putu Indra Christiawan, S.Pd., M.Sc. as one of the lecturers in the Geography Education Study Program.

This activity also details the various career opportunities available as a geographer, the scholarships that can be obtained, as well as the facilities, lecturers, and services available. The activity lasted for almost two hours. Most discussions from students as prospective students are more focused on the Teacher Professional Education Program, as the culmination of lectures at the Undiksha Geography Education Study Program.
