Ganesha University of Education carried out a collaboration initiation to South Korea in the context of the Pukyong International Benchmarking and Academic Collaboration involving each faculty. Lecturer Representative at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences I Putu Ananda Citra, S.Pd. M.Sc participated in the Pukyong International Benchmarking and Academic Collaboration activities carried out by the Ganesha University of Education on 27 and 28 June 2023. This visit to South Korea was to Pukyong National University (PKNU) and Pusan ​​National University (PNU). On the first visit to PKNU, the representative present from PKNU was Mr. HyunWoo Kim Provost of International Affairs, and 6 professors from various fields of science who are open to collaborating with Undiksha.
During the visit to PNU, the representative present from PNU was Mr. Jeong, Bong Koo as Director of PNU International, Ms Jihn Mi Ahdan Mr. Kim, Sooho as International Program Team Manager. The collaboration will be carried out in the form of student exchanges and joint teaching with one of the professors in the study program on the PKNU campus. Another offer made was a general stadium offer for one of the study programs at PKNU. PNU offers a student exchange program. Next, the head of foreign cooperation will communicate via email with the international affairs team to send the MoU template to each university to be agreed upon immediately before carrying out cooperation activities. This international collaboration is expected to provide an international academic spirit as well as arrangements for improving the curriculum towards an international standard curriculum. Apart from this, it is hoped that this program will become a forum for mutual learning and academic sharing with the PNU and PKNU campuses towards IRUEL University.
