Singaraja – Department of History, Sociology, and Library FHIS Undiksha carried out Field Assessment activities in the context of Accreditation of the History Education Study Program in the FHIS Undiksha Seminar Room. The field assessment for accreditation was carried out over 2 days, namely Wednesday and Thursday, 25 and 26 October 2023. The field assessment for accreditation of the History Education Study Program was carried out by a Team of Assessors from the Independent Education Accreditation Institute (LAMDIK). The Assessor Team from the Independent Education Accreditation Institute (LAMDIK) who attended included Prof. Dr. Nasution M.Ed., Ph.D. from Surabaya State University, and Dr. Hamdan Tri Atmaja, M.Pd. from Semarang State University.

On the first day, Wednesday, October 25, 2023, the opening of the Field Assessment will be held. The Field Assessment for the History Education Study Program was opened directly by Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T, M.T.I. as Deputy Chancellor I of Undiksha, who on this occasion was also present to accompany and give his speech at the visitation activity for the accreditation of the History Education Study Program. The Assessor Team from LAMDIK also provided introductory remarks at the opening activity. The opening activity of the Field Assessment was also attended by Deputy Chancellor III Undiksha, Chair of LPPM Undiksha, Head of Bureau in the Undiksha environment, Dean in the Undiksha environment, Chair of PJM Undiksha, Chair of SPI Undiksha, Representatives from the Academic Support Unit in the Undiksha environment, Deputy Dean, Chair and Department Secretary, Study Program Coordinator, Education Staff within FHIS Undiksha as well as lecturers from the Department of History, Sociology and Libraries as the Accreditation Team.

After the opening activity was over, the event continued with the core activity of accreditation of the History Education Study Program. The Assessor Team checked the data that had been sent starting from UPPS data and the leadership from FHIS Undiksha. After that, the Dean and Deputy Deans as well as the Accreditation Team from the History Education Study Program carried out confirmation and clarification of the data and information in the Self-Evaluation Report together with the LAMDIK Assessor Team. Then the activity continued with an Interview Session between the LAMDIK Assessor Team together with graduate users and alumni from the History Education Study Program who had the opportunity to attend the activity. Interview sessions were also held with students from the History Education Study Program regarding the lecture process at the study program level. Apart from that, Education Personnel within FHIS Undiksha were also involved in determining satisfaction with academic services and other fields in Interview Sessions to complete the quantitative assessment.

On the second day, Thursday, October 26, 2023, Prof. Dr. Nasution M.Ed., Ph.D. as the LAMDIK Assessor Team accompanying I Putu Hendra Mas Martayana, S.Pd., M.A. who is one of the lecturers from the History Education Study Program observing learning in the IKI FHIS Undiksha Classroom. Then lecturers from the History Education Study Program accompanied the LAMDIK Assessor Team to visit the History Education Study Program to see the facilities and infrastructure. After a series of Field Assessment activities, the LAMDIK Assessor Team submitted several recommendations for accreditation results. Then the LAMDIK Assessor Team together with the Dean and Coordinator of the History Education Study Program signed the Field Assessment Minutes which were then immediately submitted to the Coordinator of the History Education Study Program, Dra. Urged Made Oka Purnawati, M.Hum. and witnessed directly by Deputy Chancellor I Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T, M.T.I., Chair of the Undiksha Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, M.Pd., Dean of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd. and Head of the History, Sociology and Library Department, I Wayan Pardi, S.Pd., M.Pd.
