Singaraja – Tuesday (6/6) the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University received a visit from the Assessor Team of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) in the context of a Field Assessment of Surveillance Accreditation to Change the Level of the Survey and Mapping Study Program (D3) to a Study Program Bachelor of Applied Remote Sensing Engineering Technology (D4 TRPJ). This field assessment activity was held in the FHIS Undiksha Seminar Building and was accompanied directly by the Dean of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Sukadi, M.Pd., M.Ed. and the Deputy Deans of FHIS Undiksha.

The opening ceremony of this field assessment was also attended by the BAN-PT Executive Board and accompanied by Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T, M.T.I. as Deputy Chancellor I Undiksha. Apart from that, the Head of AKPK Undiksha Bureau, Drs. I Made Yasa, Dr. Made Hery Wihardika Griadhi, S.H., M.Sc. as Head of UPA Undiksha Library, Representative from UPA ICT Undiksha and UPA PKKM Undiksha, Head of Department along with Coordinator of Study Programs and Functional Officials within FHIS Undiksha.

The Assessor Team from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) who attended this field assessment, namely Prof. Dr. Dewi Liesnor Setyowati, M.Si. from Semarang State University and Prof. Dr. Epon Ningrum, M.Pd. from the Indonesian University of Education. In the field assessment, the assessor team examined several documents including the curriculum used in the Remote Sensing Engineering Technology D4 Study Program. The assessor team also asked several testimonial questions to Alumni from the Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency who had the opportunity to attend this activity. Apart from that, the assessor team also asked student representatives from the Remote Sensing Engineering Technology D4 Study Program about lecture conditions. Apart from being accompanied by the Dean and Deputy Dean at FHIS Undiksha along with lecturers from the Remote Sensing Engineering Technology D4 Study Program, the field assessment activities were also accompanied by Dr. Made Agus Dharmadi, M.Pd. as Secretary of the Undiksha Quality Assurance Center.

After the field assessment activities were over, the Dean of FHIS Undiksha accompanied the assessor team to carry out closing activities and hand over minutes of field assessment activities at FMIPA Undiksha.
