Singaraja, 30/10 Employee and Lecturer Outbound activities took place within the FHIS Undiksha environment. The outbound held at The Sila’s Agrotourism Bedugul took the theme, “Strengthening FHIS HR through the Implementation of Tri Hita Karana”. This outbound activity was opened directly by the Dean of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Sukadi, M.Pd., M.Ed and attended by guests such as the Deputy Dean, Head of Department, Secretary of the Department, Study Program Coordinator, and employees within FHIS Undiksha. Before the outbound activity began, the lecturers and staff, in particular, were given guidance by resource persons who also had the opportunity to attend the activity, namely guidance from the Deputy Chancellor II of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., and Buanergis Muryono as Spiritual Perseverance and guided by the moderator, Dr. I Putu Windu Martha Sujana, S.Pd., M.Pd. After giving directions from the resource person, the activity continued with an outbound event. This activity aims to strengthen solidarity between FHIS employees and lecturers.
