Registration for the 2023 Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) scholarship phase I has been opened starting today, Wednesday (25/1). LPDP scholarship registration is only for master’s (S2) and doctoral (S3) programs. LPDP provides opportunities for the nation’s children to develop educational competencies through inclusive scholarships for all Indonesian people. The LPDP Stage 1 registration period will take place from January 25 2023 to February 25, 2023. Meanwhile, the second stage will be open from June 9 – July 9, 2023.

For the record, Stage 1 scholarship selection applies to lectures as early as the month of 2023. Meanwhile, Stage 2 scholarship selection applies to lectures no earlier than a month in January 2024. Here are the requirements:
- Have a GPA of 3.00 during undergraduate studies for prospective master’s scholarship participants and a GPA of 3.25 during master’s degree for prospective doctoral students.
- Meet the language requirements.
- The age limit is 35 years for masters and 40 years for doctorates.
- For prospective participants in the regular scholarship program to pursue a master’s degree domestically, they must have a TOEFL ITP certificate with a minimum score of 500, a TOEFL iBT minimum of 61, a PTE Academic minimum of 50, or an IELTS minimum of 6.
- Prospective participants in regular overseas master’s programs are required to have a TOEFL iBT certificate of at least 80, a PTE Academic of at least 58, or an IELTS of at least 6.5.
- For prospective regular scholarship program participants who are pursuing a doctorate domestically, have a minimum TOEFL ITP score of at least 530, TOEFL iBT of at least 70, PTE Academic of at least 50, or IELTS of at least 6.0.
- Participants in the regular overseas doctoral scholarship program must have a minimum score of TOEFL iBT 94, PTE Academic 65, or IELTS 7.0.
- For prospective affirmative scholarship participants to continue their master’s degree domestically, they must have a TOEFL ITP certificate of at least 400, a TOEFL iBT of at least 33, a PTE Academic of at least 30, or IELTS of at least 4.5.
- Meanwhile, prospective participants in overseas master’s affirmation programs are required to have a TOEFL score of at least 500, a TOEFL iBT of at least 61, a PTE Academic at least 50, or an IELTS of at least 6.
- All prospective participants who graduate from the D-4/S-1 or Master’s program must be from accredited universities.
- For those who register for the S-3 program, it is mandatory to have a research proposal.
- Applicants are not currently applying for, receiving, or will receive another scholarship.
- Write down your commitment to return to Indonesia, contribution plans after your studies are completed, and post-study plans.
- Complete the provided registration Profile.
- Sign a statement letter.
- Overseas graduate applicants must attach the results of the GPA conversion and diploma equivalent.
- Not currently studying degree or non-degree.
