Bangli – Located in Kintamani, Bangli Regency, all educational staff in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University took part in the HR Governance Workshop, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University with the theme “Strengthening HR Governance of FHIS Undiksha Based on Balinese Local Wisdom”. The workshop activity which was held on Friday (14/7) was also accompanied by the Deputy Dean, Head and Secretary of the Department as well as the Study Program Coordinator at FHIS Undiksha.

The workshop activity was opened directly by Deputy Dean II of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Made Pageh, M. Hum. In his speech, he conveyed improvements in the quality of human resources and HR governance, especially for education staff within FHIS Undiksha. In this workshop, a resource person was presented who acted as one of the officials from Undiksha who manages the HR department, namely Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd. He is the Head of the Undiksha Finance and General Bureau. In his presentation of the material, he explained clearly the management of human resources, especially at Undiksha, as well as improving the quality of human resources amidst the rapid development of technology. Apart from that, he hopes that all employees will have an awareness of discipline in their work, especially at Undiksha. During the presentation of the material, the resource person was also accompanied by a moderator from an FHIS Undiksha lecturer, namely I Wayan Putra Yasa, S.Pd., M.Pd. He managed the course of the workshop activities and conveyed the conclusions of the material from the resource persons briefly.

The workshop activities ended smoothly and closed with the presentation of certificates to the resource persons and moderator which were handed over directly by the Deputy Dean II of FHIS Undiksha.
