Singaraja – As a follow-up to the previous Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity, the Type II Self-Management Implementation Team in Preparing the Conflict Prone Database Mapping Study for Buleleng Regency consisting of lecturers from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University in collaboration with the Research, Development and Buleleng Regency Regional Innovation again held Focus Group Discussion (FGD) II Interim Report on Thursday (20/07). Accompanied by the Regional Secretary of Buleleng Regency, Drs. Gede Suyasa, M.Pd., Chair of the Self-Management Implementation Team in this study, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, M.Pd. presented material and interim reports from the Buleleng Regency Conflict Prone Database Mapping Study.
This FGD activity was held with the aim of following up on previous FGD activities and collecting input from FGD participants who attended the activity. The FGD participants who attended were several representatives from the Buleleng Regency Regional Work Unit along with representatives from the Regional Work Unit from the sub-district level, the Quality Control Team from LPPM several universities in Buleleng district, such as from LPPM Ganesha Education University, LPPM Panji Sakti University, and LPPM STAHN Mpu Kuturan. Apart from that, several forum representatives were also present, namely from the 2023 Buleleng Regency Religious Harmony Forum, the Buleleng Regency National Intermingling Forum for the 2023 – 2025 Working Period, and the 2023 Community Early Awareness Forum in Buleleng Regency, and the Chair of the Indonesian Journalists Association was also present ( PWI) Buleleng Regency.
The FGD which was held in the Meeting Room of Unit IV Building, Buleleng Regent’s Office, was also accompanied by the Head of the Regional Research, Development and Innovation Agency, Buleleng Regency, Drs. Made Supartawan, M.M., as well as staff from the Buleleng Regency Regional Research, Development and Innovation Agency. After the Swakelola Implementation Team presented the material, the FGD participants were given the opportunity to provide input in the discussion session. The FGD participants provided constructive input for the Buleleng Regency Conflict Prone Database Mapping Study which was then accommodated by the Swakelola Implementation Team and will later be used as further material in organizing subsequent activities.
