MPM (Student Consultative Council) Undiksha Faculty of Law and Social Sciences has held the ratification of a legal product for the first time, namely the ratification of the Susdukor Law which was carried out on 11/11/2020. The opening of the ratification activity for the Susdukor Law was carried out in the FHIS seminar room with a semi-online system. It was immediately officially opened by Deputy Dean 3 of FHIS and attended by Deputy Dean 1, Deputy Dean 2, heads of departments in the FHIS environment, and all student organizations in the FHIS environment. After the opening ceremony, there was a hearing to ratify the Susdukor Law, which previously held a coordination meeting with NGOs within the FHIS to approve the contents of the Susdukor Law.
The SUSDUKOR Law is the basis for thinking in preparing the Draft Law as the basis for the organization’s work. This study contains the philosophical, juridical, and sociological basis and prediction study of the legislative regulations that will be formed. This will further clarify the background, aims and targets to be achieved in the formation of the law.
The purpose of drafting the Law on the Composition of Position guidelines for each organization within the FHIS environment and per the objectives that have become the foundation or basis for achieving the goals of each organization is so that the organization does not commit fraud when carrying out its duties.
