The Public Test was moderated by Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., (the Rector of Undiksha). Candidates Pair No. 1 presented their vision and insights to the audience, followed by a discussion session with academic panelists from Undiksha. Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd., as a panelist, posed a question regarding legal issues associated with foreign tourism. While foreign tourists are expected to contribute to Bali’s economy, increase employment, and foster a law-abiding culture, recent incidents have seen tourists engaging in problematic behavior, such as prostitution, photography without permits, driving with foreign license plates, begging, inappropriate behavior at sacred places, and intentionally breaking laws to be deported. Prof. Suasika asked what legal innovations the candidates would implement to address these issues. The question was directly addressed by Candidate Pair No. 1
