This activity is one of the work programs in field IV of the Geography Department Student Association, as well as collaboration between students and lecturers in implementing community service activities. Making Biopore Absorption Holes commonly called “Biopore Holes” is an alternative method for increasing the absorption capacity of rainwater into the soil and is a simple technology that is effective and environmentally friendly. Increasing the number of biopores can be done by making vertical holes in the soil. In this activity, students succeeded in making 16 bio pore holes in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. This student activity not only aims to increase the environmental awareness of the academic community to achieve a clean and beautiful environment and a real manifestation of student dedication to the environment but also as an effort to increase solidity and solidarity between lecturers and students as well as between students themselves. This activity was attended by 2 lecturers and 22 students. (hms)
