Singaraja – In the framework of the election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha for the 2024/2025 Service Period, Friday (16/2) Dialogic and Monological activities were carried out for the Candidates for Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha for the 2024/2025 Service Period. The activity which was held in the FHIS Undiksha Seminar Room was organized by BEM FHIS Undiksha Service Period 2023/2024 under the auspices of the Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha 2023/2024, I Putu Juniardana. The election for Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha for the 2024/2025 Service Period was attended by 2 pairs of candidates. Candidate Pair for Chair and Deputy Chair Number 1, namely Kadek Faldy Dwi Surastawan from the D3 Library Study Program and Ida Bagus Putu Cleo Davaputra G. from the Law Science Study Program. Meanwhile, Candidate Pair for Chair and Deputy Chair Number 2, namely Dewa Made Yuda Artana from the Legal Sciences Study Program and Sri Lusiana Br. Lumban Tobing from the Sociology Education Study Program.

Dialogical and Monological Activities for Candidates for Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha for the 2024/2025 Service Period were opened directly by the Dean of FHIS, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, S.Pd., M.Pd. During this activity, the Dean of FHIS also had the opportunity to provide guidance. In his direction, Prof. I Nengah Suastika said that in this election it is necessary to pay attention to 3 aspects, namely First, you must pay attention to the Vision and Mission of the prospective Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM which will later be able to determine the direction of policy in the student affairs sector, then Second, you need to look at the track record of experience and the performance of both pairs of candidates and Third, it is necessary to pay attention to the work program of the pair of candidates which can bring the name of the faculty to a better level from an academic and non-academic perspective. Apart from that, Prof. I Nengah Suastika also hopes that all students will use their voting rights well so that in the future the Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM will be elected who can improve the name and achievements of the faculty.

After that, the activity continued with the core Dialogical and Monological activities for the Candidates for Chair and Deputy Chair of BEM FHIS Undiksha for the 2024/2025 Service Period, such as presenting the vision and mission of the two pairs of candidates as well as questions and answers with the Panelists and Audience. The panelists presented in this activity were Deputy Dean I, and Deputy Dean III, as well as representatives of lecturers within FHIS Undiksha. The panelists provided questions and input for the two pairs of candidates which could make the candidate pairs’ work programs more optimal.
