Sunday, 06/10/2019 at The Sila’s Agrotourism, Bedugul Bali, a Character Development Workshop for Education Personnel at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences was held. The resource person in this activity was Deputy Chancellor II of Ganesha Education University, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd, and the participants were Educational Staff, Kejuran and Sekjuras well as Deans within the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.

This activity began with guidance from Deputy Dean II Drs. I Wayan Landrawan M.Si and continued with the opening of the workshop by Prof. Sukadi M.Pd., M.Ed. in the opening stated that this activity is expected to provide synergy for FHIS Education Staff, especially later Prof. Sukadi M.Pd., M.Ed will serve for the second time as Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. Great hope can improve good performance in providing excellent service.

This was followed by providing material by Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd, where the performance of the FHIS Education Staff was evaluated and motivation was provided to be able to provide excellent services. After providing material from the resource person, the activity continued with the fun game which is expected to provide new synergy, increase the sense of family, and strengthen cooperation between the Education, Law, and Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.
