Dozens of lecturers at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) took part in Basic Training (Latsar) for Class III Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS). This training opened January 28 2020 at the Jinengdalem Campus, Buleleng Regency. The lecturers of various study programs are expected to have more integrity and professionalism.
Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., appreciated the Ministry of Education and Culture for giving trust to Undiksha as one of the organizers of this training activity.
“Hopefully in the future, Undiksha can have an Education and Training Institution. “Because until now, we have been given the trust to carry out School Principal Strengthening Training and Education,” he said.
Undiksha currently has 9 basic training instructors for CPNS. It is hoped that in the future it can increase and continue to improve the implementation of training and education.
Specifically for this basic training, it was explained that there were quite significant differences with pre-service, both in terms of implementation duration, teaching methods, and curriculum. “In Latsar there are On & Off Class methods, as well as On & Off Campus methods,” he explained.
Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., has fought to the center so that Undiksha can carry out Latsar in Undiksha, especially in Jinengdalem for the first time and this is an extraordinary achievement and is a trust given by the Ministry to Undiksha and this cannot be separated from the struggle of the Deputy Chancellor II to fight for this.
One of Undiksha’s instructors is Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M who is also the Chair of the Law and Citizenship Department, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.
Dr. Dewa Mangku on the Latsar occasion presented material on anti-corruption which was held on February 7 2020 at the Jinengdalem Campus.
, this training course facilitates the formation of basic anti-corruption values in training participants through learning about anti-corruption awareness, avoiding corrupt behavior, building an integrity system, and the process of internalizing basic anti-corruption values.
The expected goal of training with the theme of anti-corruption is that participants are expected to be able to actualize attitudes and behaviors that are trustworthy, honest, and able to prevent corruption in their environment.
The indicators for the results of this training are awareness of the impact of corrupt behavior and criminal acts on personal life, family, society, and the nation; Explaining ways to avoid corrupt behavior and criminal acts; Explaining the development of an integrity system to prevent corruption in the environment; Actualizing the basic values of anti-corruption for personal life, family, society and nation; and Analyzing cases of anti-corruption values. rl.
