Friday and Saturday, 4-5 February 2022, at the Seminar Room of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, a Meeting for the Preparation of the Budget Allocation Program for the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences for the 2023 Fiscal Year was held.
This activity takes place offline while still adhering to health protocols. The Undiksha FHIS Budget Preparation and Allocation Meeting was attended by the FHIS Dean, Chair of the Senate, Senate Secretary, Head of Department, Department Secretary, Study Program Coordinator, Lecturer representatives, student representatives, as well as Functional Officials in the FHIS Undiksha Environment.

Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., representing the Chancellor of Undiksha gave a speech and opened the event. The activity continued with Plenary I guided by Dr. I Putu Windu Mertha Sujana, S.Pd., M.Pd., with the first presentation of material by Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. as WR II Undiksha and continued with the presentation of material by the second resource person, namely I Wayan Krisna Eka Putra, S.Pd., M.Eng., as the SPI Undiksha team. After the presentation of the material, it was continued with a discussion/question and answer session and continued with commission I, II, and III hearing activities.
The activity was continued with the II Plenary Session with the presentation of the results of the Commission I, II, and III sessions. This activity continued with a discussion/question and answer session.
The final event, namely the reading of the Drafting Team’s Report, and a group photo closed the 2023 FHIS Undiksha Budget Preparation and Allocation Meeting.
