Singaraja, 02/14/2023, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences Undiksha held Program Preparation and Budget Allocation activities for FHIS Undiksha for the 2024 Fiscal Year at the FHIS Undiksha Seminar Room. The FHIS Undiksha Program Preparation and Budget Allocation Activity for Fiscal Year 2024 was attended by Structural Officials and Functional Officials, Representatives of FHIS Professors Lecturers, and Representatives of Student Organizations within FHIS Undiksha.

This activity began with a committee report on behalf of, I Wayan Treman S.Pd., M.Sc. as Chair of the FHIS Undiksha Program Preparation and Budget Allocation Committee for Fiscal Year 2024. Then the activity continued with the First Plenary Session accompanied by a moderator from FHIS Undiksha lecturer, Ketut Sedana Arta, S.Pd., M.Pd. and starting from the presentation of material and policies by the first resource person from the Deputy Chancellor for PAK-HR Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. who on that day was willing to attend and provide input to the entire FHIS Undiksha academic community. The agenda then continued with the presentation of material and policies by the second resource person from the Chair of SPI Undiksha and one of the lecturers at FHIS Undiksha, namely I Wayan Krisna Eka Putra, S.Pd., M.Eng.

After presenting material from the resource person, the event continued with a presentation of the FHIS Undiksha Program and Budget Allocation for the 2024 Fiscal Year from each sector, starting from the Academic and Cooperation Sector delivered by the Deputy Dean I of FHIS, then the Presentation of the Program and Budget Allocation from the Planning Sector, General Administration, Finance and Human Resources by Deputy Dean II FHIS, then Presentation of Programs and Budget Allocations from the Student Affairs, Public Relations and Alumni Sectors delivered by Deputy Dean III FHIS. Finally, as Dean of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Sukadi, M.Pd., M.Ed. has the opportunity to present Performance Programs for future faculties and provide input on programs from each field.

Then this activity was continued with the II Plenary Session. In this session, several lecturers also provided input on the program that had been delivered. After the Second Plenary Session ended, the leadership and lecturers agreed on the existing programs at the Undiksha Faculty of Law and Social Sciences. The FHIS Undiksha Program Preparation and Budget Allocation Event for Fiscal Year 2024 closed with a group photo.
