PEOPLE OF BALI, Jakarta – House of Representative of Indonesia Republic (DPR RI), received a Field Work Lecture visit (MPA) from the Legal Studies Program at Ganesha Education University, on Monday, (27/2/2023) at Jakarta. 

The visit, which was attended by students and accompanying lecturers, was warmly welcomed by Ketut Kariyasa Adnyana from Commission IXDPR RI who also comes from Buleleng, where the Ganesha University of Education is located.

To the students, Kariyasa conveyed the duties and functions of the eleven commissions in the body R.I. Furthermore, he also emphasized to students the importance of human resources in advancing the nation.

“So, to improve human resources, of course, as students you can join all existing organizations formally and informally to develop your soft skills and potential as the nation’s successor,” said Kariyasa.

In his narrative, Kariyasa also motivated students regarding how he used to be in organizations.

“Like when you were a student, you were active in the GMNI organization, where when you joined GMNI you felt you had the same understanding as GMNI ideology and Bung Karno’s thoughts could develop national insight,” continued Kariyasa, who is also a GMNI Alumni.

Furthermore, he appealed to students to actively participate in voicing aspirations for the nation’s progress.

“And of course, when you become a student, don’t be afraid to move, don’t be afraid to voice your aspirations and of course, student aspirations are very important for the progress of the nation,” stressed Kariyasa.

Then the event closed with the presentation of mementos from DPR RI together with students Undiksha Legal Studies.
