Respectfully, following up on the Letter from the Chairman of the Buleleng Regency General Election Commission, No.229/PL.012-UND/5108/3/2023 dated 27 February 2023, regarding Preparations for Compiling the Voter List at special locations for the 2024 Election, we hereby inform all Ganesha Education University students who have a Resident Identity Card (KTP) domicile address outside Bali Province, so that the right to vote can still be used without having to vote at their home address, and voters can exercise their voting rights at polling Place (TPS) which is located at UNDIKSHA. For this reason, please immediately inform the University, in this case UNDIKSHA, via the link https://go.undiksha.ac.id/TPS_UNDIKSHA no later than March 14, 2023.
The things you need to pay attention to are as follows:
- Voters prepare a Voter List Transfer Card from their area of origin,
- Ensuring that voters do not move after the establishment of a new Polling Place (TPS),
- If the number of voters at the UNDIKSHA TPS is less than 100 people, then the voters will be diverted to the regular places provided,
- Submission of electoral districts (Dapil) to the Buleleng Regency KPU no later than March 15, 2023
