Singaraja – The FHIS Undiksha Student Executive Board is holding the Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activity or Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) specifically for FHIS Undiksha in 2023 for 2 days, namely on Friday-Saturday, 18 and 19 August 2023. Today is Friday (18/08), The opening activity for Proud To Be FHIS 2023 was held at the FHIS Undiksha Open Stage. The Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activity was attended by 371 new students at FHIS Undiksha.

The Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activity opened with a Welcoming Dance, namely Anjani Prabawa’s great dance. Then it was filled with singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Undiksha with the invitees. In this activity, the Faculty PKKMB was attended by the Dean and Deputy Dean, Department Head and Department Secretary, Study Program Coordinator, Faculty and Department Student Advisors as well as Functional Officials within FHIS Undiksha.

Then the Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activities continued with the reading of the Committee Report by the Chair of the Proud To Be FHIS 2023 Committee, Ida Bagus Putu Cleo Davaputra Gosita. Furthermore, the Proud To Be FHIS Undiksha 2023 activity was opened directly by the Dean of FHIS Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Suastika, M.Pd. In his speech, Dean Prof. I Nengah Suastika advised all new students to be enthusiastic about learning and build friendships with the lecturers and staff at FHIS Undiksha. He hopes that new students at FHIS Undiksha will make the lecturers and staff become parents on campus. After officially opening, the activity continued with an introduction to new students of the Faculty and Staff Leaders guided by the student moderator, namely Ni Luh Made Madhusodani. Introduction to the ranks of the FHIS academic community starting from the Dean and Deputy Dean, Head of Department and Secretary of the Department, Study Program Coordinators who were present, Student Advisors for Faculties and Departments, Functional Officials, IT and Public Relations Staff within FHIS Undiksha. After the introduction event was over, the activity continued with a group photo to build togetherness.

The Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activity was also filled with several material presentations. The first is filled with the presentation of material related to Introduction to Cultural Values, Ethics, Manners, Norms of Campus Life, Plagiarism, Bullying, Prevention of Immoral Acts and Sexual Violence on Campus, Drug Abuse and Anti-corruption, and Skilled and wise in Communicating via Social Media by the Task Force Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PKKS) Undiksha. The material was presented directly by Prof. Dr. Luh Putu Sendratari, M. Hum. as Secretary of PKKS Undiksha. After that, the activity continued with the presentation of material related to the Socialization of Academic and Student Affairs. The Academic Section socialization was carried out directly by the TU Sub-Coordinator for the FHIS Academic Section, namely Made Dyah Pradnya Paramita, S.E., M.Pd. He explained the academic processes and activities that would take place on campus. Then the socialization continued with the Student Affairs Section which was staffed by the TU Sub-Coordinator for the FHIS Student Affairs Section, namely Dra. Ni Komang Surya Wahyuni. He explained related aspects of student affairs such as student letters and student academic leave. On this occasion, FHIS IT Operator, Ni Made Wiardi, S.Pd. also explains the use of Student SIAK.

The Proud To Be FHIS 2023 activity continued with the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) FHIS Undiksha which was coordinated directly by BEM FHIS Undiksha.
