Singaraja– Department of Law and Citizenship, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) celebrates its 4th anniversary. This momentum is used to generate a spirit of togetherness and a spirit of improving quality.
This birthday was celebrated, on Saturday (15/10/2022) offline, filled with joint sports and cleaning up the campus environment. During this activity, the Head of the Law and Citizenship Department, Dr. Dewa Gede Sudika Mangku, S.H., LL.M., said that this birthday was very special because it could be held again after being faced with the COVID-19 pandemic for two years. It was further stated that the theme carried was our ocean, our legacy. This theme emphasizes that Indonesia has vast seas and must be protected by its heirs. This requires togetherness. “This (sea-ed) becomes a wealth. We will reflect that through this anniversary. “The committee will carry out cleaning activities, and so on,” he explained.
It is hoped that togetherness continued the academic from Panji Village, Sukasada Buleleng District, can be built within the department. “The meaning is how we can maintain togetherness, a sense of kinship, and a sense of belonging to the law and citizenship department,” he said.
On this occasion, it was also emphasized that birthdays are not just routine. More important than that, as a reflection of the journey and development of the department and as a spirit generator to jointly improve the quality of the department through strategic programs framed in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education and Teaching, Research and Community Service. “We want the department to be more competitive in the future and increasingly superior,” he said.
During its journey, Undiksha’s Department of Law and Citizenship experienced very positive developments. Students have achieved various achievements, both national and international. Apart from that, graduates are also able to be competitive in the world of work and so on. “We hope that the achievements achieved can continue to be improved.
